Any Holiday!

Happy Saturday!!
Yowza!
Days are just flying by--
next Saturday is Halloween!
Can you believe it??!!
insane!

Today sees a new challenge starting over on the

HIMCR #222 - Any Holiday
Oh yeah! FUN!

Of course, the following holiday
coming up is
HALLOWEEN!

The sponsor for this week's challenge
is the ever lovely
My Besties!

The giveaway is the 5 images used by
the HIMCR design Team!
Let me say, you
will WANT to get in on this one!
It was incredibly hard to decide
which image to use!

I made 2 projects for this week's challenge.
The first being a card.

I went with a different route this time around,
as you can see!
I sprayed my paper with ink sprays (Mr. Huey's)
let it dry, and then printed
my image onto it.
I then outlined my images with Distress markers,
which by the way, I am having the most difficult
time with these days.
Any one else having issues??
Anyways.
The papers used are from
October Afternoon Witch Hazel collection.

My second project is a tag.
I made the tag for the little bag
my daughter is bringing to school full
of treats to give to her little friends.
The glitter is Stickles--added some
bling to it! lol

I used the scraps from my first project!
love it when I don't waste anything!

So, that is it for me for today!
Hope to see some fabulous creations!
Have an awesome day!
Be safe. Get crafty!

and
Di's Digi Stamps

This winner will receive a

WOOHOO!
lol

Favorite cutting tool.
hmmm....I had to think about this one.
I have the Cricut Expression, which I adore,;
the Making Memories Slice machine
(which alright--considering it is hard to find
pieces and such for it!)
and finally,
my Cuttlebug!
I. LOVE. my bug!
It embosses; it cuts;
it is Portable! lol

Don't get me wrong, I love /like my other machines,
but thy can be cumbersome.
I know, I know, nitpicky.

But I am being honest--love the bug!

Here is what I created
with newly acquired
embossing folders and dies.

These are the set of embossing
folders and die:

I used papers from Echo Park, an older collection,
Love Story.
I used a Sizzix hearts embossing folder also.
That love die? from the embossing set!

Papers are from Imaginisce Birthday,
as is the sentiment.
Loving this embossing set--it is too cute!

So, we would love to
see what you create with
your favorite cutting tool!!!
That is it for me for now!

My sons are having their
High School
 Graduation ceremony
this afternoon.
Even though they are in college.
I don't understand it,
but, hey, go figure!
So, got to get ready,
and make sure I have tissues
on hand!
lol
Until next time, friends!
