Team Colors

Happy Saturday!!

How was your week??
Mine--alright.

Little Miss started Kindergarten this past week,
and it felt like my heart was being torn..again.
It was hard to see her go
onto the school bus, with her backpack, lunchbag.
But she enjoyed school, and
that is what counts.
I did not get emotional when she was boarding--
I was a good girl!
I held it in!
Until after.
Aye!
So, I cleaned. And cleaned.
And did more cleaning.
With the music on.
Because, dang! it was
toooo quiet! lol

Anyways, Saturdays means a
new challenge over on the

This week,
HIMCR #215 - Favorite Team Colors!

And the sponsor is
The giveaway is a $7 Gift Certificate to Pickled Potpourri!

The Design Team were given a choice of image to work with.
I chose the girl in the bathtub.
Bubble Over is what the image is called,
found here.

(To be honest, I wish I was THAT girl!) :)
And this is my design:
The red paper is from Doodlebug Designs, blue from DCWV.
Colored with Prismacolors.
I used different colors than what I would normally use, but the
challenge this week is team colors.
With the football season among us,
the challenge was to make a project representing
your fave team's colors.
Well, I am not a football fan.
I am a hockey fan.
And my fave hockey team
are the Montreal Canadians!
GO,HABS, GO!
And their colors are represented by my card.
BUT,
if there are complaints,
it also matched my team, should I HAVE to pick one,
Montreal Allouettes (CFL)
Same colors. So, both bases covered!

That is it for me for now!
Have an awesome weekend!
Be safe. Get crafty!
